Coercive Control Webinar 2

Paws and Reflect: Animals supporting frontline workers and people who have experienced trauma

The human-animal bond can have a significant positive impact on a person’s journey towards healing after trauma. Likewise, spending time with animals and nurturing that mutual connection can help frontline workers decompress and manage the negative mental health impacts that may arise when working in the domestic and family violence service sector.

Please join Lucy’s Project in a talk with Kate Leaver, author of Good Dog: Celebrating Dogs Who Change, and Sometimes Even Save, Our Lives. In this webinar we discuss the amazing relationships humans have with animals, and how those animals can support frontline workers and people who have experienced trauma.

This webinar is all about celebrating the human-animal connection.
